SPF releases continue to be popular this week with offerings from Peter Thomas Roth, Skin Proud, and The Inkey List. New beauty brand Good Weird targets the Gen Z consumer with multifunctional and accessible makeup products. Meanwhile, August brings affordable period care to the masses with their Target launch and Gillette Venus teams up with Rifle Paper Co. for a floral line of female grooming products.RETAILAugust, this female-founded brand aims to provide sustainable and comfortable period products. Originally starting with a subscription service, the brand is now launching in Target doors nationwide. August provides a range of tampons, pads, and liners  made with 100% organic cotton, biodegradable materials, and are both hypoallergenic and fragrance-free. All orders made through the August website are tax-free (the brand covers the fee) for customers ordering from the 20 states that still tax tampons and pads as non-essential goods. Each pad’s carbon output is calculated and offset through funding renewable energy projects.The brand revolutionizing intimate care for everywhere, Luna Daily, is launching in the US, exclusively with Sephora in 260+ stores nationwide and online. Luna Daily will be the first intimate care brand to launch at Sephora as the retailer newly enters the category. The brand will launch all three of its ranges for women of “all ages and stages” on Sephora’s Next Big Thing wall with their best-selling hero The Everywhere Spray-To-Wipe, The Everywhere Wash, and The Everything Oil. The Everywhere Spray-To-Wipe will also be featured in Sephora’s “Minis and More” across 60+ stores.
